We selected Patterson-Schwartz mainly because of our agent, Barbara Riley. We didn't know Barbara personally, but saw her in action. She was the agent for the owner of our property when we purchased it four years ago. She impressed us so much that we reached out to her when we decided to sell the property. We were not disappointed. Barbara thought of every detail and made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the Patterson-Schwartz booklet giving info on the company and its policies. Done very professionally.
