When I agreed with her, I lowered the price to the level she advised and a deposit came in with 48 hours. After the papers were signed Barbara still kept in close contact with me the entire time. I left important details to her knowing she would make it all happen. She put me in touch with great professionals to get the deal closed. Most listing brokers fade away a buyer is found. Not Barbara. She was with me every step right up to the closing day. A great broker who became my friend.
