Barbara is the best realtor I've ever worked with. I had a complicated parcel of land, one I'd been trying to sell on and off for 10 years. Some realtors wouldn't take it on, some couldn't sell it over the span of a 2 year contract. Barbara managed to get it sold in 5 months. Even though her commission was going to be low (the property wasn't going to sell for much), she treated it as if it was a million dollar property. She worked hard, was kind and honest, she kept me updated and I didn't have to chase down info. She came up with unique marketing strategies.
