Barb, where do I begin. My homebuying process was very stressful because I did not know what to expect. Barbara helped me through this whole process, understand the steps to homebuying , connecting me to an amazing home loan officer that was very informative and new his stuff. Then when it came to picking a home and putting in my offer she fought to make sure that everything that I wanted in a home she did everything in her power to get me in. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. I had heard horror stories of the process from friends and associates, and was a bit intimidated. Fortunately, I found Barbara! From the start, Barbara took the reins and followed through on every step until the end, allowing me to focus on work. I provided a list of Must-Haves and Nice-to-Haves, and she was sure to get only listings with these features before sending my way. Once we began on-site viewings, she never made me feel pressured or push too hard. Rather, she was understanding of any hesitations, and went back to search. After just 4 viewings, we found the perfect place. Barbara, I should say, found the perfect place. And while I waited to hear back, she worked behind the scenes with the seller’s agent to ensure my offer would be selected. That was just the beginning. Barbara’s work ethic was truly displayed once we got into escrow and she did everything possible to ensure a closing within the necessary timeframe based on my scheduled move.
