Amazing agent

I met Barb unexpectedly at an Open House wanting to see what was out there. I didn't think we could purchase a home yet and she offered to assist and encouraged us. She moved fast and just like that we offered on a few homes and closed. Barb is very good at comps and market research and exceeded expectations. Our next home purchase was her working endlessly with a home we wanted day and night and getting the sellers agent to make sure the sellers could close on deadlines. In the end the *sellers/sellers agent* of that home didn't have the deadlines met and so Barb quickly showed us a few more homes and we closed on that house shortly after. Barb has competitive offers for strategy and we have been first or second place against multiple offers. You can feel confident she will put the best offer together for you! She went above and beyond for each sale and even helped us with our flooring for the sale of our first house as we were new to remodeling. Her lender also really tried to work with us and our budget. She has a really speedy team who all work well together and it shows. Barb spends a lot of time on details and market research, and will drive anywhere to show you your perfect house in the metro. The communication as new home buyers is what stands out the most because we were unsure if we doing things the best way and we were reassured that everything was always our best offer. Every listing and closed sale has been spot on in terms of pricing and fairness. We can't recommend her enough!!! You won't be disappointed in her services and efforts to find you a place even when you feel like your budget isn't the strongest she has shown us that anything is possible if you don't give up.
