Barbara is the best! If you're thinking of listing your house, she's the agent for you. We moved out of state because of a job transfer. We were concerned about selling our house so that my husband could report to the new location on time. We thought we'd have to discount the price in order to accomplish that but Barbara convinced us that the pricing she came up with should get the house sold quickly. Hesitantly, we went with her suggested price and boy was she right! We had 4 offers within 5 days of listing. We had never sold and bought a house at the same time.
