Barbara Marxer

It was a pleasure for my wife and me to work with Barbara Marxer, recently listing and selling our condominium in Atlanta. She provided expert knowledge of the market And demonstrated a savvy sense of how our unit would show better with a few simple changes. She is a consummate professional, and demonstrated great knowledge and leadership and getting us through a not so small hiccup related to closing documents, prior to a successful closing nearly 2 weeks ago, involving an improperly titled storage unit which accompanied the sale of our condominium. With only a few days notice, she quickly helped us to navigate this issue, leading to a successful closing. Her knowledge of our Buckhead submarket is unparalleled. We found her easy to work with and always available for questions or advice. In short, we highly recommend Barbara for your real estate needs. John & Gail McNair We highly recommend Barbara
