Barbara and her team were unbelievable! My husband and I own a dozen plus houses and have worked with numerous agents throughout the years. Working with Barbara for the first time was a definite breath of fresh air. It’s been a very long time since I didn’t feel I had to follow up repeatedly with the real estate agent I was working with. Barbara took the bull by the horns and ran with it! We only met once and she knew exactly what I wanted and she got the job done in record-breaking time. She communicated with me every step of the way. Given the fact that I was out of state she took it upon herself to stage the property, go to the store and buy curtains, meet with AC and plumbing folks, etc. etc. I cannot praise her enough. Anyone who needs to buy or sell their home in the brevard area should contact her and her team. There was only one problem I can find with her and that is that she only works in Brevard County and not on the West Coast of Florida! Thank you Barbara.
