First time homebuyer here. Zero expectation and knowledge on buying a home. And my home buying experience was a bit bumpy but Barbara smoothed out all the bumps. I had my first choice mortgage officer taking a vacation when I entered escrow but Barbara had a contact with another mortgage company that was able to close with me. Barbara was very knowledgeable in construction which came in handy when the time came to do inspections. Even after closing Barbara touched base with me to make sure all the contractors have scheduled an appointment date for repairs.

As a first timer my home buying skills were little to none, but Barbara made everything easy and understandable. She explained the process and did a lot of the leg work for us even If there was miscommunication between lender, seller and their realtor. At the same time I had a coworker looking to buy a home in a different state and I was shocked on how little their realtor was helping them. This was moment we knew we had struck gold with Barbara as our realtor. If we had a problem, issue or question Barbara’s answer “I got it”. On some days I only had a slim window to look at homes with me working two jobs, but Barbara had no problem showing us homes on Saturdays. If I know anyone that is willing to help someone find or sale a home Barbara is that person.

It was a wonderful experience! I appreciate the knowledge and information that she provided while looking at home! I am so happy with my new home and all the help that she provided in assuring that I got all that I needed!
