We do not often write reviews but feel compelled to write about our Realtor, Barbara Lelli because she consistently demonstrated professionalism and integrity with keen attention to detail and we believe she should be acknowledged publicly. This is an unprecedented time and between the restrictions required due to the Corona Virus and the ever changing Real Estate market we believe Realtors are tasked with overcoming barriers that may derail even the most experienced Realtor. Not Barb. She stayed the course and navigated multiple offers, inspections and sometimes nail biting negotiations to sell our home for the best possible terms and we will forever be grateful. Her calm demeanor and quiet confidence in her expertise carried us through the stressful moments. We lived in our home for 25 years and had mixed emotions about selling but Barb was sensitive to our bittersweet feelings. Barb was even able to win over my highly skeptical husband with her warmth and Innate ability to turn doubt into trust. Our son chose Barb to be his Realtor and is currently negotiating a fixer upper with multiple issues requiring Barb to put in many hours of work. The commission for Barb will be very low based on the purchase price but Barb has once again delivered exceptional care and attention to this transaction with no promise that it will even make it to the settlement table. I would encourage anyone who needs a Realtor to choose Barb if they are looking for competence, trustworthiness and transparency.
