Barbara helped me buy my house, she helped a friend buy her house, and she helped sell my house 4 years later. She was extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate. She knew about every town around the lake, the neighborhoods, the schools, the shopping, the medical centers. When she showed a house she came prepared with all the information on the house so I could refresh my memory. She was always a good buffer between the homeowners and I, and made sure any questions I had about the house were addressed while we were there. Selling my house was also a great experience. Barbara led me through every step so I knew what to expect. If I asked, she would give me great advice on what to do to make my house more sellable. She made sure that I had a 2 hour notice before a potential buyer came over so I could be ready. Barbara is a lovely person and a wonderful agent, if I ever go back to California she will be the first one I call!
