Barb was great! She helped us though a tough negotiation process. She stayed positive even when I was stressing out, and my husband and I got a house we just love.

Barbara responded to my wife's inquiry on two properties quickly. She agreed to meet us at 8am on a Sunday morning which happened to be her birthday (we did not find this out until after we concluded signing paperwork on our offer hours later). We feel in love with one of the properties and Barbara encouraged us to make an offer right away, which we did. She connected us to the BEST home inspector, Bill Weitzel, who is amazing! Barbara came to my place of employment to get paperwork signed (when we were in negotiations) and wasn't afraid to leave voicemails or respond to emails when she couldn't get us in person. In addition, we are a same gender loving couple and Barbara never skipped a beat – she was professional, kind, and congratulated us (newlyweds) on our decision to obtain a legal marriage in Canada. She assisted in making our dreams of home ownership come true - thank you.
