I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 40+ years and specialize in the Metro Atlanta area with emphasis on the East Cobb/Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta, Duluth, Dunwoody and Sandy Springs areas. As an Atlanta native I know this city well and its surrounding communities and people. I guess you could say that real estate is in my blood. Back in the 1940’s my grandfather bought and sold real estate in downtown Atlanta. One of the properties he owned was still owned by our family (on a 99 year lease) until 2014 when it was sold to John Portman and is the site of Americas Mart at 240 Peachtree Street. I always had an interest in real estate and homes and began selling when I was just 20 years old with Harry Norman Realtors. I later went into property management with the Calibre Company where I met my husband Barry. I also have experience in selling commercial real estate with Pointe Property Group. Since returning to residential real estate full time with Atlanta Communities, I help my clients buy, sell and rent properties all around the Atlanta area. I currently have a 100% SOLD LISTINGS SUCCESS RATE over the past 3 years! Barbara recently sold my house and I could not...

Barbara recently sold my house and I could not be happier with her professionalism, service, and knowledge. I originally listed FSBO and was inundated by agents. Her text caught my eye by being gently inquisitive and she offered a 1.5% seller's fee. Being weary of "you get what you pay for", I researched her selling history online. I was impressed and signed with her. So glad I did. I've sold homes before with full commission agents and feel I received better service from her for a better price.
