We've done two home purchases and one home sale with Barb. Purchase of new house: Barb is very responsive. When we came across houses we were interested in, she scheduled showing appointments very quickly, which is clearly very important in this competitive market. Especially with the house we finally purchased, there were many offers as soon as it listed. She got us a showing quickly, accompanied us, and got our offer in fast. Sale of old house: The old house went under contract a day after listing for over asking. The process went smoothly. The only thing I thought was missing was some kind of wrap up after closing- congratulations, thank you for your business, something like that. We didn't hear from Barb after closing. But all in all, Barb knows how to take her clients through the buying/selling process and makes it a pretty trouble free experience.
