As an agent Barbara was able to guide us through the entire process of preparing to sell, what are the best features of our home to show, to a pre inspection person to make sure there were no surprises, to the appraiser and photographer. Very professional, and knowledgeable. Whenever she gave us a time that we should meet with her she was always on time. We were looking for something in another county so she had a lot of drive time showing us homes and never seemed to let that upset her. She listed our home and it sold in one day. The photographer she used to take the pictures for the listing was the best. The pictures were beautiful. The home we purchased was very much in demand but Barbara worked fast and we got the home we wanted.
