I am a real estate attorney and as such have seen the worst side of real estate agents and am very skeptical about agents promises and diligence. Not so with Ms. Mc Henry. She promised and delivered. She gave me a very good pricing estimate and records of current sales. She was johnny on the spot for all of the clean up issues and coordination with the various trade people we needed to get the unit ready for sale. Since I was in another state this was invaluable. Barb did an excellent job with closing, following up on all the issues that we needed to deal with to getting to the finish line. Barb even as kind enough to take pictures of the water heater so that I could resolve an insurance issue that arose before we even hired her. All in all a big thumbs up to Barb. A true professional.
