Barbara was an excellent seller's representative. She worked with us extensively to get our house ready to sell and provided objective comments on improvements needed to obtain the maximum sales price. Furthermore, the listing agency (Williams & Stuart) helped us make the improvements. We were able to close on the house a little over month after listing it. Can't say enough about Barbara and the agency.
