I would recommend Barbara Hucht to everyone and anyone wanting to purchase or sell property. She has handled 5 (yes 5!!) of our home purchases and sales in the State of Maryland and referred us an agent for a sale in Delaware. She is extremely diligent in all aspects of her work and ensures you the purchaser or seller understand every step of the process. She goes over all paperwork so you easily comprehend what you are signing!!!
