From the very first meeting, she made me feel comfortable and confident in the process of buying a home, one of the biggest benefits of working with her was that she speaks, fluent Spanish. This was a huge help, and making sure I understood every detail of the transaction from the paperwork to the negotiations. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially Spanish speaking families, looking for a dedicated and truth, worthy realtor.

If buying a home is an emotional rollercoaster, Barbara is the calm, cool operator who keeps you from screaming the entire ride. From the “this is definitely the one!” highs to the “why is everything falling apart in inspection?!” lows, she was right there—armed with expertise, patience, and more comic relief than I thought possible.She answered every panicked text (even the ones sent at odd hours) with grace and good humor. She navigated bidding wars, paperwork avalanches, and my indecisiveness like a pro. Honestly, I’m convinced Barbara could broker peace between cats and dogs at this point.If you want a realtor who is part ninja negotiator, part therapist, and part stand-up comedian, look no further. I wouldn’t just recommend Barbara—I’d hire them again in a heartbeat (though I’m hoping to not move again anytime soon).

Barbara was really the best. We did not choose her specifically, but we could not have asked for a better, and more professional agent than Barbara. She was extremely patient and understanding with us while we navigated through our first home purchase. Without her, I don't think we would have made it through. If you have the option to choose, Zillow randomly sent her our way, then please do yourself a favor and choose Barbara.
