Barbara, went above and beyond to help us out. She took time out of her busy schedule just to show us around the villages. We ended up finding a home that we liked, she help walked me through the process. She will also be managing my new home, and preparing to lease out. Has provided me with helpful feedback. Barbara assisted us in looking for properties in and around The Villages and performed all of the leg work to identify and find homes that met our requirements. We are from out of town and were able to view several properties over a long weekend visit in order to make a decision on a purchase. Barbara was invaluable in assisting us with the closing process and inspecting potential homes for us to acquire while we were out of town This included but is not limited to, coordinating purchasing of homeowners policy, overseeing property inspection, assisting with required repairs and performing final walk through of the home.
