Barbara is a very nice agent to work with, excellent customer service skills. Has an extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and schools. She knows how to work for customer benefits not only her own. Strong negotiation skills, and with the closing process I can say she is a master. Even after we finalized the contract, she still follows up just to make sure that everything is going as planned. I had worked with 3 agents that seemed never have time for me, but Barbara always devoted time for me, made the whole process flow smoothly. I highly recommend Barbara to any family looking for a new place to live.
