Barbara helped my wife and I find a home to buy in St Pete. This was no small accomplishment since we went out together searching over a dozen times and exchanged hundreds of listings over about 2 years. She had lots of patience when we got outbid and never gave up on us. I felt she was a skilled negotiator on my behalf with the sellers of the property. Most importantly she seemed to really care and didn't want us to buy into a property that she didn't think was suitable for us. Barb is the best agent you could hope for. She is kind, patient, and on top of it. She knows the ins and outs and looks out for your best interests. If something isn't right for you she won't tell you it is just to make a sale. She checks in, she follow up, she doesn't disappear once the sale is pending. Barb is also so responsive I don't know when she sleeps, can't recommend her enough.
