Barb, was an excellent realtor. I was not happy when my realtor retired and referred her to take the listing.I had been with my realtor in the past for over 30 years. She was over the top! Barb was on top of it every step of the way. We had it listed for 3 months while i was still emptying my parents house and no bites. Reduced the price and still no bites! I am finally taking the last belongings out of the house and she says I think we should give it a fresh paint job and replace carpet in the bedrooms. I said sure but the timing was crucial. I wanted it sold before winter. Barb said, let me see what I can do. That same day she had a painter and a carpet man. We took it off the market and in 1 week had a brand new look. IT SOLD 1 WEEK LATER.

Initially, we contacted Barb to ask about a specific house in one of the main neighborhoods she represented.
