I met Barb Garrett at a function at the American Legions in festus! We struck up a conversation of realastate in the area's she had lasting! I told her of some land I had and she asked for a chance to least it after she personally could check it out and would give me an appraisal on it! She called a week later and told me what I should expect to get ! I liked the price and her enthusiasm to sell it ! So I listed it with her! That was in August! Between August and December I couldn't believe how many times I heard from Barb saying she was showing the property! There were 2 or 3 serious buyers ! By the end of December there was a signed contract on the property and closed the first week of January! Im very satisfied and amazed in the job done from this agent! I just want to thank her again!
