I am an OTR driver and never in one place for very long. When I decided to sell my home in Lake Tansi, TN. I interviewed 9 local real estate agents prior to making my decision. I can tell you hands down Barbara came out on top. I had to leave the area in 2 weeks time and depended heavily on Barbara and her knowledge of the local market and area. The house was listed and on the market the day after I met with Barbara. I was on the road during the majority of the negotiation process. I have to tell you that Barbara's expertise and knowledge exceeded my expectations, her ability to communicate and negotiate my transaction was spot on. I was kept informed 100% of the time and always knew where we were in the process. I can tell you as someone that has bought and sold over 8 homes Barbara is the agent you want on your team.
