Barbara has been there for mr every step of the way during this listing of my home and handling the purchase of our new home, where as the seller was by owner' meeting with tbe seller at least 8 times to make sure all the proper paper work filed and signed by both parties we were and are very satisfying that we had Barbara handling all the transaction knowing that it would be done on schedule as it was very nessary that the sell and purchase closing on both properties be done pn the same day.
