I am an experienced Real Estate Agent, (Realtor) currently serving buyers and sellers located in and around North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota and Englewood areas. Have always held client satisfaction as my highest priority and work hard to make the entire home buying and selling experience as productive and enjoyable as possible. My extensive knowledge and experience allow me to handle a wide range of clients and situations. Whether my clients are looking for a house for the very first time or they're seasoned investors; I work tirelessly to accommodate all of their needs and exceed their expectations. I sell single family homes, new homes, condos, water-front homes, manufactured homes on thier own land and vacant land. Having lived in Florida my entire live and Charlotte County for 21 years, I know the local housing market well and always manages to find my clients those hidden gems that other real estate agents tend to overlook. Easy transaction

Barbara and Debbie provided excellent guidance, creating a seamless transaction. The team provided all the necessary activities required to complete the sale on time and within scope of Real Estate transactions. Only drawback has been filling out survey after survey after the sale.

Awesome Communication

Could Not Have Been Any Easier

Barbara was instrumental in having a pain free experience. Always on top of everything, answering questions and prepping my wife and I on all steps to be taken. All this with the best of attitudes, respect and a smile. Extremely professional and her team of professionals to help in the prosses (inspections) is second to none.
