It was the Hubsmith family good fortune that we had Barbara Columbia handling the sale of our house in Smoke Rise. Barbara is the consummate professional. She listened and understood our requirements for the sale and our desire to move the house quickly. On the first day on the market, Barbara had eight scheduled appointments. Her knowledge of the real estate market and area comparables helped us get three offers in just two days and through her guidance we were able to wend our way through the selling process and accept an offer quickly. Barbara was able to get an offer significantly over asking price despite the house being sold on an as is basis.
