Barbara Cain

First off let me say Barbara is AWESOME!!!!! She was ridiculously helpful throughout the entire process of buying our first home. And let me add that I am not the easiest person to work for, I have my quirks and kinks, and she handled them like a pro! Even calling me out when it was necessary....which I fully appreciate....cause it needed to be done. She is genuinely interested in helping her clients find the BEST home for THEM. She is not just here to show you a bunch of houses until you get tired of looking and you just pick one. She gets to know her clients and honestly and truly wants to help them make and buy a home, not just a house. I believe there is a difference between a house and a home, so does Barbara, and she wants to help you find somewhere you can call home. We were first time home buyers...which can be extremely overwhelming, even though I am a goon and research everything......but she made the process seem simple and almost effortless. She was always available and responsive for any and all questions that we had in a super short time frame. Honestly, we talked so much during this whole process I felt like we were family members just chatting about life! There is no way you will go wrong with choosing her to represent and support you while you look for your home, she is amazing, and really cares about her clients....which is absolutely priceless. Grant it, we've only ever dealt with one agent, but we will NEVER use another one!!!
