We contracted with Barb Buller with a challenging house to sell, the biggest house in the neighborhood. Barb focused on trying to find valid comps, and her commitment was clearly reflected in the marketing package she put together for the house (truly superb). She has an incredible list of contacts, which include the photographer that did out home pictures as well as the contractor that took care of the few “fix it” issues in the offer received weeks after being listed!
