She took time to show us a bunch of properties when we were down in Florida visiting our children and answered all the questions that we had since we are from Minnesota and new to the area. She had connections for the other services that we will be needing. She informed us on the different communities that we were thinking of buying in. We were down several different time over a period of a year and she always had time to spend time with us and show us different homes we had interest in. We were unable to come to Florida to look at a house that just went on the market and we had interest in. She went through the house with us through Facetime and we were able to see it and make an offer on the home, it ended up being the home that we would purchase. She knows her stuff and we would highly recommend her.
