Barbara did an excellent job in promptly visiting and documenting the properties we were interested in when we couldn't visit them in person. When we did make a last minute trip down to visit the properties she arranged for her son to step in even though she was away. This meant that our buying process went very smoothly and efficiently and was completed in a timely manner.
