I moved to Tucson, AZ. in July, 2016 from San Diego. I had 3 days to find a property. Barbara & Ernie Baume helped me with professionalism and humor. They understood my needs and budget and showed me properties that met them without showing me homes that were beyond my means, which would have wasted my time. Ernie was patient with me throughout the process, explaining all the steps that had to be taken, (escrow, inspections etc.) once I returned to San Diego to get ready to move. When I relocated to Tucson, Barbara & Ernie referred me to vendors, doctors, stores, community resources, etc. which made locating to a strange city less stressful for me. Barbara was delightful to work with and I recommend her highly to prospective home buyers.
