Ms. Ball is professional, courteous and most importantly caring and reliable. I currently live in New York, but I own a condominium in Chicago and I can honestly say Ms. Ball has worked promptly and efficiently to find me an excellent tenant each time. I have known her for approximately six years, and I consider her a friend because of the time and interest she takes in all she does. She has made arrangements to paint, clean, and make repairs to my condo. She is focuses on details and she assists in any way she can.
