Barbara Baldwin

In 2002, I inherited a condo in Port Hueneme, CA that had a non-paying tenant. After an arduous eviction process, I was left with a destroyed property that was filled with the evicted tenant's property [and a left-over pet...]. Anyway, Barbara worked with me every step of the way, procuring and scheduling many vendors to get the junk out and fix everything from flooring, counters, cabinets, doors, vanities, blinds, mirrors, bathtub resurfacing, painting, electrical, appliances and more. Barbara always presented me with options and was conscious of my budget throughout. Additionally, I felt very alone during this arduous process since lawyers, law enforcement, etc. were not at all helpful. In addition to helping me through the practical aspects of getting the condo fixed, Barbara was there for me. She was the only one on my side during all of this. Anyway, I decided to sell the condo after it was fixed up and Barbara was fantastic in her efforts to get a good price for the condo. I cannot recommend Barbara highly enough because this review only gave me 5 stars!
