Barbara was the greatest! I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. I live in Portland, Oregon and my mom owned a house in the Grove Isle gated community in Boynton Beach, Florida. My mom's failing health caught me totally by surprise. I found my mom in dire straits when I went to visit her. It soon became crystal clear that the house would have to be sold. I could not have lived farther away within the continental United States. I had my hands full. I had to find an assisted living facility in Portland, Oregon for my mom while, at the same time, sorting out my mom's belongings (including her car), her finances, and her series of medical emergencies. There we were, with this beautiful house, which symbolized an independent living for my mom, a life style now out of reach with my mom's medical condition. The house was full of furniture and other items all of which had sentimental and highly emotional connections for my mom, and it all had to go. Barbara was extremely sensitive to my predicament. She skillfully handled details that were above and beyond the norm of an ordinary real estate agent. She shared every detail with me and persisted through several negotiations. In the middle of all of my difficulties, Barbara had a very serious fall which landed her in the hospital. She continued her relentless pursuit of selling the house from her hospital bed. We ended up selling the house at a very good price, securing my mom's financial resources. Barbara performed heroically in all aspects of the sale of my mom's house. I am very happy with her services.
