Barbara is a neighborhood gem!  Working with Barbara was an amazing experience.After my dad died, my brother and I needed to sell our childhood home quickly. Knowing the urgency, she matched us with a potential in house investor during our initial pre-listing interview!  And it only got better!  After some negotiation around an aggressive ask on our part, we realized this in-house offer wasn’t going to work.
