Working with Barbara was a pleasure. She continually checked in on all the parties involved with the Short Sale Closing to keep them moving along and working toward the deadline date I needed. She also kept me informed of the things I needed to do at each step. She offered names of local lawyers, inspectors, and insurance people as well as talking to the homeowners to get the information we needed from them. All of her recommendations were excellent. The closing would not have gone through in the time we needed without her. She then helped me to find a rentor for the property and navigate all the contract paperwork needed for that transaction as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
