Barb Trousdale

I am so pleased to say that I worked with Barb to sell my home in St.George and to buy my first income making property in Burlington Vermont. We did this during Covid and encountered so many challanges; truly things that would have been deal enders without Barb. When one of the buyers down the line from me lost their mortgage because an appraiser couldn't go inside the home, Barb helped them find another lender and keep the deal alive, even though that was obviously not her client. She did about four of those kind of magic tricks during our buying and selling during Covid adventure.
