I picked Barb for my realtor because my best friend said she was great and had done such a good job for her. My best friend was right again! Barb did a great job for me too. She helped me with information on what I needed to do to get my house ready to put on the market, I could always reach her when I had questions, and she helped me through all the legalities and paperwork involved. She even helped me haul boxes! Just as important as all of her hard work and friendly personality was her knowledge of the current market. She did the research on comparables in my neighborhood, made sure my house was well advertised, and I feel she was able to get me a good price for my house, which sold in just three weeks.
