Barb has the best communication skills, providing insights, facts and listens to your needs. She works with you as a partner, even if you are not located locally. She understands the area of your home, researches the properties within the area so that as a seller you know why your property is higher or lower than other properties in the area. She provided comps and facts in an objective manner, and devised a strategy that would list the house at the level preferred, but then created a strategy to modify it if needed. Barb made minor changes that resulted in an offer the first listing day. Then once the property went into contract, she managed other offers, and assisted in negotiations, providing guidance on what was necessary to complete the sale, again answering questions and helping find the best solution to issues. She helped the Buyers meet their tight schedules. I cannot imagine an agent doing a better job than the one that Barb did. I am forever grateful to her, and Coldwell Banker has won me over as future client and will be the Realtor that I recommend to friends and family.
Barb took a professional interest in our search of a condo at Palma Sola Bay Club. She eagerly showed us all the possibilities and guided us to the best way to make such a purchase a practicality and done deal.
