Couldn't ask for a better experience buying my 1st home!

Barb is the best! This was my first time purchasing a home so I was completely new to the entire process. There were so many new terms and concepts that I was totally unfamiliar with. Barb took the time to explain every step to me in detail so that I always knew what was going on and what was coming up next. She is also extremely thorough and made sure that nothing got missed or overlooked. She did a fantastic job at coordinating everything and making sure that everyone and everything stayed on track. I had a fairly short escrow period (approx. 3wks) and Barb's attention to detail was super helpful with this being my first time through the home buying process. I'm not sure I could have pulled everything off as quickly and smoothly as we did without her help! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with buying my 1st home!
