Bard is a very nice and easy to talk to and work with. She kept things moving along and kept in touch with me thru text and e-mails. Barb is very knowledgeable and has contacts. If she doesn't have a answer she will get one for you. If you need more info or need something checked, she knows people who can get it done. This helped me out tremendously. I recommend Bqrb for any selling or buying needs you may have. I know i will keep her in mind for anything i need or recommend her to anybody i know selling or purchasing a home.

Barb was good and did everything I asked of her but didn’t really make effort to go the extra mile. She did nothing wrong and I was satisfied with the process. **side note - I feel this is very common now since Covid. Real Estate, Car Salesmen, and many other industries have not really had to work hard since March of 2020 so that is what you get now. I am sure there are exceptions but I feel same exact way with my “Selling” real estate agent.

Friends, family and associates in a variety of industries tide in directly to Real Estate.
