Top agent and for good reason! She is literally the best!!

This was our second time working with Barb, and she exceeded our expectations once again! She helped us find the perfect home in Zion with more space for our family, and we absolutely love the neighborhood. Not only that, but she also listed our previous home and got it sold for $15,000 over asking, which was incredible! Barb is always on top of everything! She’s responsive, organized, and keeps the entire process moving smoothly. Her communication is clear and consistent, and she truly knows the market and how to negotiate effectively. She’s incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience great. She even went the extra mile by helping keep our toddler entertained during showings so we could really focus on looking at the home. This is something we appreciated more than we can say.
