Barb is honestly the realtor to go to. She helped us so much with finding the perfect house even when we were a pain. She worked so hard and found a house with everything we wanted. There were some bumps not on her part and she worked so hard to fix the mistake she didn’t make and get us to closing on time. Where to begin! Not in my past 2 home purchases, through 5 other realtors have a I had such a thorough, detailed and sincerely thoughtful realtor. We were on a time crunch and she made it happen! We saw 13 homes in 2 days and found our home. Taking care of us not only through the home purchase with a difficult and unprofessional selling agent she stayed on top of things. When the sellers wouldn’t come up with quotes they were asked for Barb made it happen and got us quotes with guaranteed prices after the winter months. The delivery of all our home items got delayed and Barb made sure we were covered! Air mattresses, dishes, cups and even a Christmas meal! Barb has been the absolute BEST realtor we could ever have hoped for. She is truly amazing!! From the beginning, she listened to everything we wanted in a home, and did the best job showing us every home that had potential. We were located out of state during the entire home buying process, and she did such an amazing job, making us feel like we were right there viewing the home in person, and answering ANY and ALL the questions we had with our first purchase. She made herself available to us at any time of day or weekend, and always had quick responses and great communication. There were a few complications we ran into with our lenders (I Definitely do NOT recommend using USAA!), but she was there EVERY step of the way, communicating with our lawyer, us, and anyone else needed to resolve the issues. There was even a situation that came up, where they were not going to approve the home due to the paint on the exterior fence peeling, and she offered to go over to the home and scrape it and repaint it herself to make it work!!!! Like.. come on.. who does that?! I will never ever have enough amazing things to say about Barb, she has truly been a blessing to our family, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat, if given the opportunity. She is honest, kind, informative, reliable, communicative, and such a hard worker! We just LOVE her!! Barb helped us find and purchase our first home and we could not have asked for a better realtor.
