Barb was essential to us finding just the right place. We were househunting from overseas. Barb visited countless homes and sent us videos and commentary to give us understanding beyond what is curated on the online listings. She seamlessly orchestrated our inspections, to include some niche specialty inspectors, as well as the loan origination team - all experts working with veterans. We are delighted with our home.

We are a military family PCS-ing to another state and I tell you homebuying from out of state was not easy at all. We are so glad we found and known Barb! She helped us throughout our home search thru videos up to the home closing process. She listened to our wants and needs even to our concerns. She communicated with us promptly. She’s easy and fun to talk too and is never busy to help. We greatly appreciate her for all her recommendations from lenders to insurance agents, for everything. We’ll surely recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor for their future property.

Barb Bloomfield was wonderful to work with as we found ourselves in a very fast transaction for my elderly parents recently. Throughout the entire contract, she was super responsive and always a call away with any questions or concerns. She's very supportive and engaged in the Veteran community and with my father being a Vet himself, that went a long way. We loved working with her and highly recommend.

Our home buying experience with Barb has been seamless. Barb is incredibly knowledgeable and customer-centric; she truly cares about the well-being of her clients and it shows. I absolutely recommend her for your home buying or selling needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Miss Barb and her devotion to us as our realtor! With this being our first home, we didn’t know what to expect but she walked us through every single step and got us our dream house in a very competitive offer situation. She will work endlessly for you and only exceed your expectations! Thank you Barb!!

Barb knocked it out of the park! Professional, attentive, and personable. She sold our home quickly and was there to help us every step of the way.

Barbara was nothing short of a pleasure with working with! She was so helpful she made time for me to look at homes virtually and even on short notice. She was constantly providing me with information walking me through all the paperwork i didnt understand and always one call or text away even with time difference! I highly recommend her!’

Barb is honestly the realtor to go to. She helped us so much with finding the perfect house even when we were a pain. She worked so hard and found a house with everything we wanted. There were some bumps not on her part and she worked so hard to fix the mistake she didn’t make and get us to closing on time. I feel like if we went with someone else who didn’t care for their clients as much as she does. We wouldn’t have our home. Thanks so much Barb you’re amazing.

Where to begin! Not in my past 2 home purchases, through 5 other realtors have a I had such a thorough, detailed and sincerely thoughtful realtor. We were on a time crunch and she made it happen! We saw 13 homes in 2 days and found our home. Taking care of us not only through the home purchase with a difficult and unprofessional selling agent she stayed on top of things. When the sellers wouldn’t come up with quotes they were asked for Barb made it happen and got us quotes with guaranteed prices after the winter months. The delivery of all our home items got delayed and Barb made sure we were covered! Air mattresses, dishes, cups and even a Christmas meal! To make things even better she connected us with an amazing legal team! 100 outta 10 recommend Barb to anyone looking to buy a home in the North Chicago and surrounding area!!!! Oh and if all that wasn’t enough, she’s the local PCS Pay it Forward Ambassador helping any military families with their moves! Sincerely incredible woman!!!
