I met Banu Simrose on May 7th 2022 at an open house she was hosting. We met at my home a few days later to determine if we were a fit. I told her I was scheduled for surgery the next day and she was respectful that I’d be recovering for a few weeks. We started working together to sell my current home and purchase another. Banu responded to my questions and concerns with rapid speed. She once responded to a 4:00 am text while I was stressed and unable to sleep about the whole buying/selling process. I didn’t expect her to respond until a reasonable hour, but she immediately called me. When I objected to a particular course of action, she helped me view things from a different and beneficial perspective. Banu is one of the hardest working individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Her strong negotiating skills always returned results which benefited me.
