Having Bambi as our agent was such a blessing! My wife and I were looking to buy our home in an incredibly competitive market. Bambi provided so much insight throughout the home shopping process, and she helped us put together a competitive offer while still protecting our interests and money. There are so many factors to consider when buying a house, and I know that Bambi helped us get the best house for our budget and desires. She worked with us as we looked at so many homes and never made us feel pressured.Once under contract, Bambi helped us negotiate with sellers when issues with the property were discovered. There was a specific (and expensive) issue with the electrical system, and in a extremely tight deadline Bambi tirelessly reached out on our behalf to get us several estimates to inform negotiations with the seller and their agent.Bambi communicated so well with us through the entire process, and we never felt unsure or easy. She helped us understand what to expect and when to expect it, and she always did what she said she was going to do.Our first call will be to Bambi whenever we sell and/or buy a house again! I can't say enough good things about having her as our agent. -The Romines
