Bailey is fantastic!

Bailey was recommended to us by a coworker and she did not disappoint. We contacted her after deciding we wanted to purchase an investment property and sent several properties we had seen. She scheduled visits to each of them for us, and the day before we were supposed to go look at them, was able to squeeze in another property that had just hit the market the night before. We fell in love with that property and knew it was the one we wanted. She helped us prepare an aggressive but reasonable offer, and our offer was accepted over the others the next day! The road to settlement was easy thanks to Bailey and her team. The easiest buying experience we’ve had! Additionally, Bailey has been extremely helpful after we settled with questions we have and coordinating with the seller to fix some damages on the property. I can’t recommend her enough!
