That was important because as a busy working mom my time was never wasted. She knows her stuff and made it a point to steer me away from houses that could have been disastrous. We viewed a couple visually stunning homes however Bailey pointed out several areas of concern in these homes that would have likely cost me a fortune in repairs down the line. I valued her honesty and integrity throughout the process. She was committed to making sure I bought a home that I loved while also watching out for my best interest in the long run. The whole process was so easy and we laughed a lot during the journey. I felt like I was her only client, meanwhile she was working with a handful of clients simultaneously. She helped me achieve my dream and we found the perfect home for tiny family. The other amazing thing about Bailey is that she has MANY connections. She put me in touch with a fantastic mortgage broker and title company. The process could not have been smoother. Even after closing, she kept in touch. She provided recommendations for a moving company, lawn service, cleaning service etc. Bailey was truly a hidden gem and I'm so happy that the stars aligned and put her in my path. There's nothing transactional about working with Bailey, it's all very personal and she has your back.
