Although it was an extremely difficult market, Mrs Lyons sold our house at full asking price to a family across the Country. She knew how important it was to us to have a wonderful family in our beautiful home, so she did! We are thankful for all her efforts and am sure my review will fall short to many more to come! Bailey is highly knowledgeable of the Fort Scott real estate market and kept us apprised of the prospective buyers feedback so we could adjust our selling strategy accordingly. I don’t know where to start! We had been feeling a little discouraged with the state of the market,and weren’t having any luck house shopping. The houses were selling before we could even go look at them. We decided we needed some help so we called Bailey and asked if she could help us find our forever home. Low and behold our dream house came up for sale! But there was a problem…. It was across state lines, and listed with another agency. Bailey didn’t miss a step, she was licensed to do business in Missouri AND she already had a working relationship with the other realtor!!! Bailey immediately got us scheduled for a showing, and the battle was on! Obviously we fell in love with the place instantly and had to have it. Unfortunately they received 4 other offers that day. It came down to last and final offer,we were only going to get one shot. Bailey and Lyons Realty were able to help us craft the perfect offer! WE GOT IT!!! But it wasn’t completely over…😭 A very significant issue came up after inspection, to the tune of several thousands of dollars. I thought we were going to have to potentially terminate the purchase. But through Bailey’s incredible negotiating skills, her relationship with the sellers agent, her relationship with a contractor , and the incredible home owners, we got through it! On time, no extra cost to us whatsoever. I can say with the utmost confidence, if you choose to hire Lyons Realty Group, you aren’t just hiring an agent cashing a commission check. From the initial showing, to the late night contract amendments, juggling her busy life to conference call, making all the appointments,dealing with multiple people and entities simultaneously, some really great advice and negotiating, all the way down to that last and final day of signing off! Friendly and knowledgeable about houses that we viewed. Looking for that “Right” house has been a challenge.
